  • Charlie Taylor, HM Chief Inspector of Prisons (England and Wales)
  • Rachel Lindsay, Lead Inspector, Criminal Justice Inspection Northern Ireland
  • John Powell, Mental Health Director, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales
  • Dr John Crichton, Executive Director (Medical), Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland
